All products sold on our website are distributed under GPL and are unsupported by default. This means:

  • We do not provide installation, setup, or compatibility support

  • No premium updates or license keys are included

  • All products are meant for developers or users with basic technical knowledge

You may contact us only if the file is broken or incomplete.


2. Refund Conditions

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • The downloaded file is corrupt or fails to install

  • The product is completely different from its advertised description or demo

  • Our team is unable to resolve the issue after verification


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You do not have the required technical knowledge

  • You expected premium updates or support from original developers

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • Product is incompatible with your server or theme

  • Files were already downloaded successfully


4. Service Refunds

Freelance service fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless agreed in writing.

We do not guarantee any specific business results, income, ranking, or sales. Our role is only to deliver the technical work as described.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase with:

  • Details of the issue

  • Screenshots or error logs if possible
